POSSIBLE paced the field of American Advertising Awards Seattle (aka ADDYs) winners with a dozen Golds and three Silvers, for a total of 15 awards. All Is Well took Best of Show for its entry for Universal Audio in the Film/Video/Sound category.

A highlight of the March 29 AAF gala at Motif Seattle was the recognition of Copacino+Fujikado co-founder Betti Fujikado as the recipient of the prestigious 2019 Silver Medal for career achievement in the local advertising industry. See links below, with intro comments by Betti.

Thirty Gold and 61 Silver ADDYs were awarded to a total of 28 individual entrants. CMD finished second with nine awards—all Silvers. Belief Agency and DNA tied for third with eight awards apiece. Belief had four Golds and four Silvers and DNA had one Gold and seven Silvers.

The AAF received 394 professional and 12 student entries. Kyra Wemple Martin and Nicole Llamas served as co-directors of this year’s awards competition.

“This is a video that the agency did as the introduction. (It’s  much cuter because it’s got kids in it…)“ https://vimeo.com/copacino/review/327112131/42928e36d7

“Sorry, the speech is 15 minutes long, but you can fast forward. The funniest part was probably the beginning which isn’t in here. Jim got up and introduced himself: ‘I’m Betti Fujikado and I’m so proud to win this award.’ Yes, it got quite a few laughs.”  https://vimeo.com/copacino/review/327812195/86b6cfef4e.
